Welcome to CruiseHQ ("we," "our," or "us"), the operational platform that powers TCG (The Cruise God). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website at cruisehq.fun, whether you are in solo mode or participating in multiplayer HQ sessions.

2. Information We Collect

We collect various types of information to provide you with the best conversational and social experience:

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address, basic profile details, and authentication information via Supabase and Google OAuth.
• Voice Data: Audio you speak into the platform is captured and processed securely via ElevenLabs in real-time to allow the AI to respond, control the UI, and guide the session.
• Visual Data: Images captured through the Gemini Vision System (such as receipts or board games) are analyzed for instant feature feedback (e.g. bill splitting) but are not used to train global AI models.
• Location Data: To suggest nearby venues or services, we query geolocation data processed via Google Maps API and Firecrawl. You must explicitly grant permission before we access your location.
• Multiplayer & Chat Data: Chat logs, usernames, dares, room selections, and polls made inside HQ rooms are processed over Supabase Realtime during active sessions to facilitate group interactivity.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the CruiseHQ conversational AI experience (including both solo and multiplayer HQ tools).
• To connect guests together inside multiplayer rooms.
• To save your captured "Trophies" (screenshots, captions) safely to your Trophy Room.
• To verify age (the 18+ filter) to unlock mature content like Savage Truth or Dare.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We partner with modern providers to run our core features:

• ElevenLabs: For ultra-low latency voice AI generation.
• Google Cloud & Google Auth: For single sign-on simplicity, Maps geolocation, and Gemini Vision capabilities.
• Supabase: For database, secure persistence, edge functions, and realtime presence connectivity.
• Firecrawl: To live-search places and games based on your conversational queries.

5. Your Rights & Data Retention

We only retain what is necessary for your continued use of The Cruise God. Memory Trophies, chat history, and Wingman Protocols can be deleted and managed from your profile. Live session recordings or persistent audio caches are not permanently stored beyond the necessity of generating a conversational reply.
