Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using cruisehq.fun and TCG (The Cruise God), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. TCG is a voice-first AI application bridging conversational agents with multiplayer interactions.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Elements of TCG, such as Savage Truth or Dare levels, unfiltered conversational modes, and certain local integrations, require users to be at least 18 years old. During signup, you must certify if you are 18 or older. Falsifying this information to access age-restricted features is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.
3. User Accounts
- We support account creation using Google Auth for simplified, secure entry.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or the multiplayer HQ rooms you host.
4. AI and Search Disclaimers
TCG utilizes large language models (LLMs) via ElevenLabs and live web search via Firecrawl. While TCG is engineered to act as a highly capable concierge and game master:
- Accuracy: Responses may be inaccurate, outdated, or creatively fabricated. You should independently verify opening hours, game rules, and bill split calculations.
- Behavior: The AI's persona may at times be provocative, humorous, or blunt based on your active Wingman Protocols.
- Liability: We are not liable for decisions made based on suggestions given by TCG, including navigation and financial breakdowns provided via Gemini Vision.
5. Multiplayer Setup and Conduct
When creating or joining an HQ room, you agree to:
- Avoid submitting abusive, unlawful, or severely harassing drops (Truth or Dare submissions).
- Respect the Co-host remote mic requests and group setup decisions orchestrated by the human host.
We reserve the right to revoke access to the multiplayer platform for groups violating community safety standards.
6. Changes to Terms
We may periodically update these terms to reflect new features (like Spotify integration or polybot strategies) added to CruiseHQ. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these revised terms.
